Caritas is Church. The word Caritas is Latin for Love and Charity. As the charitable arm of the Catholic Church, Caritas spearheads the Church’s social mission. Caritas responds to humanitarian crises, promotes integral human development, advocates against the root causes of poverty and violence and youth empowerment.

Soup kitchen for the poor
